Vibrating screens are produced with 1,2,3,4 layers in every theoretically possible dimension. They are used to separate the broken material inside the plant. The capacity of the screen can vary depending on the size of the desired product.Vibrating screens operate an average of 7 mm in width. Gradation and huminity of the material, which will be eliminated plays an important role in the capacity of the screen.
Vibration-resistant, ball bearings and shaft which is placed on the screen body are driven with weights at the both end of the shaft. There are ellipsoid vibration in the front and rear parts of the screen, and a circular vibration in the middle parts of the screen. Vibrating body sits on the main frame through a sufficient number of heavy-duty helical springs.
